Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GymTraq mobile application and the website at https://gymtraq.app (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using GymTraq, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What GymTraq is

GymTraq is a workout planning and logging app for tracking exercises, sets, rest timers, and training progress. It is a fitness tool, not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GymTraq for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store from which you obtained the app.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law, and you must not misuse the Service (including attempting to bypass subscription or security controls).

Free and GymTraq Pro

The Free tier includes core workout logging and planning within published limits (for example saved workout templates). GymTraq Pro adds paid features such as unlimited templates, full history and CSV export, home screen widgets, watch companions, and cloud backup, as described in the app and on our website.

Feature availability may change as we improve the product. We will not remove access to workouts you already stored on your device solely because a Free limit later changes, but new Free accounts may see updated caps.

Accounts

An account is optional for Free use and required to subscribe to GymTraq Pro and use cloud backup. You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse trials and billing.

Trials and subscriptions

GymTraq Pro may include a free trial offered by Apple or Google as part of the store subscription. After the trial, or if you subscribe without a trial, billing is handled by Apple or Google at the price shown in the store for your territory (our website lists illustrative prices).

Auto-renewable subscriptions (GymTraq Pro)

• GymTraq Pro Monthly (gym_flow_pro_monthly) — length: 1 month — illustrative price: £4.99/month (local store price applies).
• GymTraq Pro Yearly (gym_flow_pro_yearly) — length: 1 year — illustrative price: £29.99/year (local store price applies).

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Account Settings after purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or as the store otherwise requires).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
• Refunds and billing support are provided by Apple or Google under their policies, except where we are legally required to help.
• Managing or cancelling: use the subscription settings on your device / store account.

Purchase verification may involve sending store receipt data to our servers so we can unlock Pro on your GymTraq account. Entitlements are tied to that account, not only to a single device install.

Your content

You retain ownership of the workouts, logs, and information you store in GymTraq. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you save and for how you use that data.

GymTraq does not provide medical or training advice. Always train within your ability and consult a qualified professional when needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt our systems or store billing;
• share account access in a way that abuses trials or subscriptions;
• misrepresent GymTraq as a medical or coaching service.

Intellectual property

The GymTraq name, branding, app design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you beyond the limited licence above.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for GymTraq Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or stop providing the Service, or end your licence, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product. You may stop using GymTraq at any time and delete the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
