Delete your account

Overview
If you created a GymTraq account (for GymTraq Pro sync or subscriptions), you can permanently delete it and the cloud data tied to that account. Local workouts on your phone are separate — uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes them.
Delete in the app (recommended)
Open GymTraq → Account → Delete account. Confirm the prompts. This signs you out and deletes your cloud account and synced backup.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot open the app, email us from the address you used to sign up:
Include the subject “GymTraq account deletion request” and your account email. We will verify ownership and delete the account, typically within 7 days (often sooner).
What we delete
- Your GymTraq sign-in account
- Cloud-synced workout data and gym settings for that account
- Server-side subscription entitlement records linked to that account
Crash reports already sent to Firebase Crashlytics are not part of your account backup and are retained only as needed for app stability.
Subscriptions
Deleting your GymTraq account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel billing in your store account settings (Apple ID / Google Play subscriptions).
